I am sorry if this is not in the wrong place but i couldn't find anywhere else to put it...

I was running someone to beacons form yaks bend and stopped at ice tooth cave and a bunch of people were saying the you could be tegnu(both male and female i think), but only if you bought the collectors edition.

Have you guys heard anything about this or is it a noob trying to be cool?

It's "factions", and there are so many people talking out their asses that I wouldn't believe *anything* I hear in-game.

No, there will be no new races unless Arenanet has been keeping a tight lid on it.

I'm pretty sure I've seen Gaile say on a number of occasions, that yes, there will be new races, but we will play as humans

Im actually dissapionted, it seems lately that Factions will be nowhere near the promised "original scope of the game" with only the 2 new classes, with the PVE still to be discovered, im holding my breath.
